Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove-Gears product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 5020384044R0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FL208S2MC manufactured by Grey and we are pleased to be able to service most Grey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FHM2301 by Manufacturer Grove-Gears as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Goss Brand WM566071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Graco such as DIH2323005Z equipment made by Graco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Graco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Graco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTR0003G made by Glentek as well as the popular GRBMQ82430D140 original spares produced by Grove-Gear
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSM by Giddings--Lewis and DIH2323005Z spares by Graco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 80303 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gigatronics.
